    Lucky
    Starting Friday 1st December at 6.30 pm

    A story of Good versus Evil, a battle to protect India’s sacred and priceless treasures. A fight that spreads over centuries.     Golu Ke Goggles
    Starting Sunday 3rd December at 6.30pm.

    See the world through the eyes of a 12-year old boy. Who believes everything and everyone. Involved in the beauties of the nature around him, Golu, the hero of the series has almost no time to face the social harassment from the kids who he is growing up with. Nor the strength to deceive them or to stop himself from being deceived. However, Golu has a gift of finding the bright side of the story, enlightening everyone and everything around him. Follow Golu’s adventures and look at life’s ups and-downs through a different set of lenses.
    Aek Chabhi Hai Padoss Mein
    Starting Sunday 24th December at 9.00 pm
    This is a regular story about identifiable people as they live their lives in a middle class mohalla, juggling their hopes & aspirations with their challenges. A story that everybody can relate to and find a point of identification with his own and a possible reflection of our own lives. The uniqueness of the show is that it is flowing with new situations, with different stories on a variety of people.

    STAR Superhit Movies

    Coolie No 1 , Saturday 2nd December, at 9.00 pm
    Coolie No. 1 is one of the funniest films of the decade. It follows the story of a frustrated watch maker – Shaadiram who presents his son to a family for their daughters hand in marriage, only to be humiliated and told that the family wants a son-in-law at least 40 times wealthier. So he looks for revenge, setting up a meeting for his rival with a fake multi –millionaire. As Choudhry doesn’t suspect anything, he falls for the trap and marries off his only daughter, Malti to Raju, his new, multi million son-in-law. From this, the conspiracy is unfolded and Choudhry finds out that Raju is nothing but a poor coolie, angered at his deception, he now plots to have the two separated at any cost - with hilarious results.
    Deewanapan, Saturday 9th December, 9.00pm
    DEEWAANAPAN, produced by Vashu Bhagnani and scripted-directed by Ashu Trikha, has an often repeated storyline, a rich girl and a middle class boy falling in love and the affluent father creating a quandary but it's the storytelling that makes this movie distinct.

    Kiran (Diya Mirza) and Suraj (Arjun Rampal) fall in love with each other. Everything seems to be fine until, one day, Suraj realizes that Kiran's father is extremely influential and powerful. Ranvir Choudhary (Vinod Khanna) is worshipped by the city and has big plans for Kiran. Obviously, the plans have no place for the likes of a middle class youth and Ranvir seeks to destroy whatever obstructs the dreams for his darling daughter. But Suraj has long crossed the barrier of rational analysis. The exuberance of his love pits him against Ranvir. Both men want to win.
    7½ Phere - more than a wedding
    Saturday 16th December at 9.00 pm
    7½ Phere, a fun-filled film with a unique story, where the boundaries between real life and television are are blurred.

    Asmi Ganatra (Juhi Chawla) is a first-time director who has been given the task by her company to cover a reality show. As her maiden project, Asmi decides to make a reality show on the marriage of a Joshi family in Mumbai. The Joshis are initially perplexed by Asmi's proposal to cover the marriage of their daughter for a TV network. Though the bride's father is willing to go along with the idea, there are some people in the family who are thoroughly opposed to Asmi's proposal. And there is Manoj Joshi (Irfaan Khan), the bride-to-be's youngest uncle. He is a shy, gullible, good-for-nothing man who develops a soft corner for Asmi. Getting an inkling of Manoj's feelings, Asmi decides to use him for the project.
    Khamoshi, Saturday 23rd December, at 9.00pm
    Khamoshi is a musical drama, where Annie (Manisha Koirala) meets life’s challenges head on from the moment she was born. The daughter of a pair of deaf-mutes, Joseph (Nana Patekar) and Flavy (Seema Biswas), Annie dealt with the deaths of both her grandmother and her brother at an early age, and her parents' handicaps force her to gain a certain independence and maturity early in life. As Annie grows older, edging adulthood, she meets Raj (Salman Khan) and discovers they both share the same passion and love for music. Annie has a fine voice and would like to become a singer, but how can she explain this to her deaf parents who have never heard music and will never hear her sing.

    Bekhudi - Starring Kajol & Kamal Sadanah
    Sunday 3rd December
    A classic Bollywood subject: the marriage. The parents of Radhika (Kajol) have arranged her marriage to Vicky (Ajay Mankotia) in Canada. She insists on going there to meet him in person in order to know him better, to which they agree. Once she arrives in Canada, she meets with Vicky and initially approves of him but then the inevitable twist happen as she then meets with Rohit (Kamal Sadanah) and slowly they both fall in love with each other. When her parents find out, they are outraged, and so is Vicky. All three get together and plan to force Radhika to marry Vicky. Vicky holds Rohit hostage, in order to force Radhika to consent to marry him. No avenue of escape appears to be in sight. Will Rohit be spared after their marriage?
    Kabhi Haan Kabhi Na - Shahrukh Khan & Suchitra, Sunday 10th December
    With the main player as Shah Rukh Khan, the film can’t be a better choice to watch this Christmas specially after reading the latest releases of the superstar claiming that this is his most cherished work, rating it as his personal all-time favourite.
    The story follows him as Sunil, a middle class boy who's in a band and is in love with the singer of the band called Aana (Suchitra Nathrishnamurty) but not realizing he has competition for her love, when a rich member of the band likes her as well. Chris (Deepak Tijori) and Sunil both start a fight. The poor love of one ordinary guy for a richer class results in a clash between social differences. Sunil get everyone’s anger in the band for trying to break up Aana and Chris. Later, he gets Aana's forgiveness and she finds out that in love you must chose, between Sunil and Chris who both love her . What will be her decision, who she will go for?
    Chameli Ki Shaadi - Amrita Singh & Anil Kapoor, Sunday 17th December
    This is a hilarious movie about a small town romance. Charandas (Anil Kapoor), who joins Mastram’s (Om Prakash) Gymnasium when he’s 20 years old, hoping to build up his physique. Mastram insists that all his students promise that they will not get married until they’re 40 and Charandas nonchalantly gives his vow. Trouble starts with love at first sight, when Chameli (Amrita Singh), a most determined girl, falls in love with Charandas. She pursues him relentlessly, even though he’s simply not interested. To make matters worse, her tyrannical father (Pankaj Kapoor) is furious with Charandas and gets him beaten up on one pretext or the other. It takes all the efforts of a good friend (Amjad Khan) to settle matters to every one’s satisfaction.
    Tera Jadu Chal Gaya - Abhishek Bachchan
    Sunday 24th December
    The movie was Abhishek’s second release after Refugee. Abhishek Bachchan slides into this role with ease and proves that he really can fit into any kind of role. In this film, he looks so much like his father, in mannerisms, in the way he places his hands, in his pronunciation The plot is all about twisted love and romance.

    Pooja a self-dependent career-minded girl who works as an assistant director in a well-reputed advertising agency, spends too long on leave to attend her friend's wedding. When a colleague helps her saying that she was late back because she had got engaged to a photographer she met there, her boss changes his mind about firing her. When she meets his son she regrets the lie her friend told, so they pretend that the fictional fiancée is a rotten guy. Now, finding herself in an difficult position, Pooja hatches another plot to finally win over Raj. She seeks Kabir’s help to convince her peers of her broken engagement with him. She even feigns her animosity towards Kabir. But in doing so, she only grows intimacy for him, and their bitter-sweet relationship finally turns into love.
    Prem Deewane - Madhuri Dixit, Anil Kapoor, Pooja Bhatt, Vivek Mushran,
    Sunday 31st December
    Radha (Pooja Bhatt) and Manohar (Vivek Mushran) love each other and want to get married, but Radha's dad (Ashok Saraf) does not approve of their marriage as Manohar comes from a poor family. He instructs Radha not to leave the house, but Radha finds a way to escape and goes to Manohar's house. Anticipating more obstacles, they run away, guided by Radha's uncle Natwarlal(Prem Chopra). Natwarlal convinces them that they must kidnap a wealthy person and demand a big ransom and take the money to appease Radha's dad. It is then they start to realize that their uncle has some other devious plans for them.
