  • Nature’s answer to period pain revealed

There could be a new natural weapon in the fight against period pain according to a new study1

Scientists looked at the effect of on menstrual pain of taking either a placebo, a medicated capsule or ginger.

150 young women took part in the study and all participants took the various treatments for four days, from the day before the commencement of menstruation to the third day of their menstrual bleeding.

It was found that those women taking either the capsules or the ginger had significantly less pain during their periods than those on the placebo; showing ginger could offer a tasty, effective and natural way to help soothe period pain.
    TRY THIS
Natur Boutique’s Organic Ginger Tea is made solely from 100% pure organic ginger and is renowned for its sweet, non bitter, taste. The reason for such an outstanding taste comes from the way in which the ginger is grown. It comes from plants grown without artificial fertilizers and pesticides in the warm tropical climate and fertile soils of Vietnam. The conditions and the fact the roots are allowed to grow slowly and naturally gives them a sweeter flavour than normal, which lends them perfectly to making tea.

For even more benefits, why not try Natur Boutique’s unique Organic Ginger & Green Tea. Whilst the advantages of including green tea in your diet are well known, by combining it with ginger you get an even bigger boost and an incredible flavour.

To give the teas a try ask at your local health store where the teas have an RRP of just £2.99.
