New planning rules for 2013


With Permitted Development Rights - Prior Approval, you can make certain types of minor changes to your house without needing to apply for planning permission.

Between 30 May 2013 and 30 May 2016 a single storey extension can be erected to the rear of a house of 6m (previously 3m) for an attached house or 8m (previously 4m) for a detached house.
